Pictures of the upcoming game Anteworld (Outerra engine). The Outerra engine is a really amazing planetary render engine. And Anteworld will be the first game with the Outerra engine. Which is currently in development by the creators of the engine. For more information please visit the official homepage. A limited demo version is available for testing. You can also spend 15$ and you will recieve a enhanced test version with a Cessna airplane an Apache Helicopter and a model importer to import and test your own Addons. True hopefully Outerra will be good how long till it's released? And I'm thinking of purchasing Prepare3D but my question is what is the difference between the $199.99 and $49 version I think I may just buy the $49 version because that is just the basic simulator correct? It has all the sim feature right can u explain it Bart?

Yes, VStep focuses more in professional development. Unfortunately the support for the home user lacks. Should come a new ShipSim from VStep I hope they are improves the support. Because the ShipSim series is a interesting market for addon developers. And thus also more interesting for the home user. I think a new Sim based on a planetary render like the Outerra engine is the option for us. And a physics based water engine. Marko

Hi MV, have you tried to start Outerra with admin rights? OT downloaded the newest version and the terrain data at startup. Hey Toni, if the ships are officially supported by Eagle Dynamics, I'll take a look again. The major advantage of DCS World is the scripting engine. This allows very realistic vehicles as well as in Outerra and FSX / P3D. Regards Marko

Hi Toni, DCS is a fantastic war gaming environment. I really like this engine. But I put my focus to the FSX / Prepar3d environment and Outerra. And I also think it's really interesting to put Ship and Subs mods in the new Arma 3 engine. Marko

Hi Toni. I have three older Carrier models (the Nimitz, Kitty Hawk and a Amphibious Assault Ship). Unfortunately, I have not enough time to finish these models. My priority is to release the Finnstar and the German Patrol Boats. And the F-15E for Outerra and on a WW1 Battlecruiser for Deutschmarks new VSF based Simulator. Marko

Hi Toni. Yes, if I have plans and images I will add more interior space to the models. The Cavalla comes with crew compartments and the torpedoroom. Unfortunately, in VSF only a limited number of doors are possible.! But I think for the Outerra Addons I can add this feature to the models. Regards Marko

Am all setup with Outerra so I can import my vehicles, I been e-mailing with them And we are talking about a few things, like shooting, bombing and damage model They said some of that will be coming for 2013. Deutschmark

Thank you Robert and John. Yes, Outerra is really awesome. It's amazing to have the whole earth seamlessly and without loading screens! I decided to change my F-15 E project and I will release the F-15 only for Outerra. Depending of the progress of the Antewold game, more changes in my projects will follow. Marko
