Deutschmark Posted November 12, 2012 Report Share Posted November 12, 2012 Ok am not a ship guy but am I mistaken when I say a ship only docks to one side and that be port side that's why they call it port side and starboard side always faces away from the docks?, if so then why not just tie off lines on port side and see if you can face them inwards on the port side of the ship.
