This model cannot be sold as payware in any form. You can use it for your own entertainment in Vehicle Simulator or Virtual Sailor NG.
I had to make some necessary modifications in order for the boats to resemble the ORMI - TOLMI class ships. I also added a bridge panel with vintage analog instruments along with some digital ones. All the instruments can be re-used providing that you give me some credit.
Just copy the contents of this package into your VSF (or VS) /vehicles installation folder (overwrite the existing folders if any). Inside the HS_ORMI folder you will find a HS_TOLMI subfolder with the necessary files for the sister ship.
HS ORMI has elements for VSF while TOLMI has elements for Virtual Sailor NG. They can sail in both simulators but with different speeds. The ships bear an animated Hellenic Navy flag and carry two rotating radars. The bow and aft flagpoles are animated and they can be lowered or raised with Ctrl-A. The bridge doors open and close with Ctrl-D.
All weapons are fully functional with real life data.
The North American B-25 Mitchell is a medium bomber that was introduced in 1941 and named in honor of Major General William "Billy" Mitchell, a pioneer of U.S. military aviation. The B-25 first gained fame as the bomber used in the 18 April 1942 Doolittle Raid, in which 16 B-25Bs led by Lieutenant Colonel Jimmy Doolittle attacked mainland Japan, four months after the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
This plane has elements which contain realistic data and characteristics. All guns(+1 Cannon) are operable (minus the side ones). Four standard bombs are also loaded in the bombs compartment.
The plane comes with one sitting american pilot and it also contains a functional instruments panel. The panel bears a partial similarity with the real one. The pilot and some instruments have been borrowed by the Grumman J2F fine plane (created by Pascal Dumat & Thomas Brueckelt) add-on http://www.qualitysimulations.com/vsf/files/Grumman_J2F.exe
Engine sound is realistic and as a horn it uses a WW2 pilot voice sound.

The Douglas SBD Dauntless is a World War II American naval scout plane and dive bomber that was manufactured by Douglas Aircraft from 1940 through 1944. The SBD ("Scout Bomber Douglas") was the United States Navy's main carrier-based scout/dive bomber from mid-1940 through mid-1944. The SBD was also flown by the United States Marine Corps, both from land air bases and aircraft carriers. The SBD is best remembered as the bomber that delivered the fatal blows to the Japanese carriers at the Battle of Midway in June 1942. The type earned its nickname "Slow But Deadly" (from its SBD initials) during this period.
This plane has elements which contain realistic data and characteristics. The default weapons load contains 2xBrowning 0.50 calibre guns at front and a rear 0.30 Browning gun. Two standard bombs are also loaded under the wings.
The plane comes with a sitting american pilot a rear gunner (added as weapon) and it also contains a functional instruments panel. The panel bears a partial similarity with the real one. HMS Compass Rose (pennant number K-49) was a fictitious Flower class corvette that was displayed in the 1953 British war film "The Cruel Sea".
The Flower-class corvette(also referred to as the Gladiolus class after the lead ship) was a British class of 294 corvettes used during World War II, specifically with the Allied navies as anti-submarine convoy escorts during the Battle of the Atlantic. Royal Navy ships of this class were named after flowers, hence the name of the class.
Several ships were transferred to other navies. Four of them ere transferred to the Royal Hellenic Navy. Inside this package you can find pennant number for RHS Tompazis.
The boat features an animated Royal Navy flag and she is capable of firing her main gun, 2xOerlikon guns and she can also drop depth charges. The ship is also equipped with a floodlight.
The Mitsubishi A6M "Zero" is a long-range fighter aircraft formerly manufactured by Mitsubishi Aircraft Company, a part of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and operated by the Imperial Japanese Navy from 1940 to 1945.
The Zero is considered to have been the most capable carrier-based fighter in the world when it was introduced early in World War II, combining excellent maneuverability and very long range.
In early combat operations, the Zero gained a reputation as a dogfighter, achieving an outstanding kill ratio of 12 to 1, but by mid-1942 a combination of new tactics and the introduction of better equipment enabled Allied pilots to engage the Zero on generally equal terms.
During the final phases, it was also adapted for use in kamikaze operations.
This plane has elements which contain realistic data and characteristics. Its engine has the specs of a "Sakae 21" engine. The default weapons load contains only guns but inside the Weapons directory you will fibd 2 types of bombs: a 60 kg (2 x underneath wings) and a 250 kg (underneath fuselage) . So you can make your own weapons load configuration by altering the [weapons_num] settings and weapons priority inside the "stores.cfg" file.
The plane comes with a sitting japanese pilot and it also contains a functional instruments panel. The panel bears a partial similarity with the real one. It mainly uses default VSF instruments with the addition of 3 user made ones.
As a horn it uses a "banzai cry" sound (works well in scripts).
Canopy --> slide open/close with Ctrl-C
Main Gear --> up/down with G
Folding Wings --> fold/unfold with Ctrl-F
Arresting Hook --> up/down with C
Instruments --> stick, throttle, pedals, gear, flaps
The vehicle folder contains a "Kamikaze" subfolder. There you can find all the necessary files to create another vehicle for kamikaze missions. It contains a "stores.cfg" file with only the 250 Kg bomb, a modified version of "broken.x" a "vehicle.cfg" with no pilot and MOST IMPORTANTLY a script file named "kamikaze.txt".
How to make a kamikaze:
a. Create a new vehicle folder inside the "vehicles" directory (you name it as you like i.e. "A6M_Kamikaze").
b. Copy all the content from the A6M2_Zero folder into your new folder.
c. Copy the files (minus kamikaze.txt) from Kamikaze subfolder to your new vehicle folder (replace existing).
d. Copy "kamikaze.txt" file into the "Vehicle Simulator/scripts" folder.
e. Open VSF game and create a new scenario with a surface ship of your choice in the VSF world.
f. Add the A6M_Kamikaze plane inside 10 nm radius from the ship (preferably above 3000 feet).
g. Load the plane with kamikaze.txt and... choose your viewing point as the plane transforms into a kamikaze suicidal bomber!
h. Alternatively you can use the "kamikaze_situation.txt" (copy into situations folder) with HMS_Hood and A6M_Kamikaze vehicles preset.
The GAZ Tigr (Tiger) is a Russian 4x4, multipurpose, all-terrain infantry mobility vehicle manufactured by GAZ, first delivered to the Russian Army in 2006. Primarily used by the Russian Federation's armed forces, it is also used by numerous other countries.

Admiral Graf Spee was a Deutschland-class "Panzerschiff" (armored ship), nicknamed a "pocket battleship" by the British, which served with the Kriegsmarine of Nazi Germany during World War II. The two sister-ships of her class, Deutschland and Admiral Scheer, were reclassified as heavy cruisers in 1940.
The ship was nominally under the 10,000 long tons (10,000 t) limitation on warship size imposed by the Treaty of Versailles, though with a full load displacement of 16,020 long tons (16,280 t), she significantly exceeded it. Armed with six 28 cm (11 in) guns in two triple gun turrets, Admiral Graf Spee and her sisters were designed to outgun any cruiser fast enough to catch them. Their top speed of 28 knots (52 km/h; 32 mph) left only the few battlecruisers in the Anglo-French navies fast enough and powerful enough to sink them.
The boat features an animated Kriegsmarine (WW-II) flag and she is capable of firing both her triple 11 inch gun turrets. You can lower and raise the bow and aft flagpoles with Ctrl-D.
HMS Hood (pennant number 51) was the last battlecruiser built for the Royal Navy. Commissioned in 1920, she was named after the 18th-century Admiral Samuel Hood. One of four Admiral-class battlecruisers ordered in mid-1916, Hood had design limitations, though her design was revised after the Battle of Jutland and improved while she was under construction. For this reason, she was the only ship of her class to be completed. Despite the appearance of new and more modern ship designs over time, Hood remained the largest and most powerful warship in the world for 20 years after her commissioning, and her prestige was reflected in her nickname, "The Mighty Hood"
When war with Germany was declared, Hood was operating in the area around Iceland, and she spent the next several months hunting for German commerce raiders and blockade runners between Iceland and the Norwegian Sea. After a brief overhaul of her propulsion system, she sailed as the flagship of Force H, and participated in the destruction of the French fleet at Mers-el-Kebir. Relieved as flagship of Force H, Hood was dispatched to Scapa Flow, and operated in the area as a convoy escort and later as a defence against a potential German invasion fleet. In May 1941, the battleship Prince of Wales and she were ordered to intercept the German battleship Bismarck and the heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen, which were en route to the Atlantic, where they were to attack convoys. On 24 May 1941, early in the Battle of the Denmark Strait, Hood was struck by several German shells, exploded, and sank within 3 minutes, with the loss of all but three of her crew. Due to her perceived invincibility, the loss affected British morale.
The boat features an animated Royal Navy flag and she is capable of firing all her 15 inch guns. You can lower and raise the bow and aft flagpoles with Ctrl-D
USS Nicholas (FFG-47), an Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate, was the third ship of the United States Navy to be named for Major Samuel Nicholas, the first commanding officer of the United States Marines. A third-generation guided missile frigate of the Oliver Hazard Perry class, she was laid down as Bath Iron Works hull number 388 on 27 September 1982 and launched 23 April 1983. Sponsor at her commissioning there on 10 March 1984 was the same Mrs. Edward B. Tryon who sponsored DD 449 in 1942.
Nicholas was designed to provide in-depth protection for military and merchant shipping, amphibious task forces, and underway replenishment groups. Her 453-foot (loa) hull displaces 4,100 tons and her gas turbine power develops 41,000 shp (31,000 kW) for a single screw, giving a top speed of 29 plus knots.
This boat has elements. She is panel-ready, meaning that she has an interior but no instruments. The boat features animated hand-rails for helipad. The animation is activated with Ctrl-A. She bears an animated US flag. She has one standard VSF rotating radar and 2 more animated radars. Bow and aft flagpoles can be lowered and raised with CTRL-D (as animated doors).
3 Weapons are included and functional: SM-1, OTO-MELARA 76/62 gun, Phalanx CIWS. The SM-1 missile can be switched with Harpoon on the MK-14 launcher. Just manipulate the stores.cfg file (replace SM-1 with Harpoon) prior to launching VSF. All Weapons come with near to real life data, specs and sound effects.
USS Mount Whitney (LCC/JCC 20) is one of two Blue Ridge-class amphibious command ships of the United States Navy and is the flagship and command ship of the United States Sixth Fleet. USS Mount Whitney also serves as the Afloat Command Platform (ACP) of Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO (STRIKFORNATO). The ship had previously served for years as the COMSTRIKFLTLANT(NATO Designation) / US Second Fleet's command ship. She is one of only a few commissioned ships to be assigned to Military Sealift Command. (source Wikipedia)
The boat features an animated US Navy flag and she is equipped with two Phalanx CIWS. The deck is capable of carrying and launching helicopters.
The Mistral class is a class of five amphibious assault ships, also known as a helicopter carrier, of the French Navy. Referred to as "projection and command ships" (French: batiments de projection et de commandement or BPC), a Mistral-class ship is capable of transporting and deploying 16 NH90 or Tiger helicopters, four landing barges, up to 70 vehicles including 13 AMX Leclerc tanks, or a 40-strong Leclerc tank battalion, and 450 soldiers. The ships are equipped with a 69-bed hospital, and are capable of serving as part of a NATO Response Force, or with United Nations or European Union peace-keeping forces. (source Wikipedia)
The boat features two animated French Navy flags and she is equipped with two manpads (from a Deutchmark's add-on RBS 70). The deck is capable of carrying and launching helicopters.
HMS Rodney (pennant number 29) was one of two Nelson-class battleships built for the Royal Navy in the mid-1920s. The ship was named after Admiral Lord Rodney. The Nelsons were unique in British battleship construction, being the only ships to carry a main armament of 16-inch (406 mm) guns, and the only ones to carry all the main armament forward of the superstructure. As her superstructure was located aft of midships like RN fleet oilers whose names carried the ...'ol' suffix, she was sometimes derisively referred to as "Rodnol".
Commissioned in 1927, Rodney served extensively in the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean during the Second World War.
Rodney played a major role in the sinking of the German battleship Bismarck in May 1941. During and after Operation Torch and the Normandy landings, Rodney participated in several coastal bombardments. In poor condition from extremely heavy use and lack of refits, she was scrapped in 1948. (source Wikipedia)

I have not included an interior yet. It may be done in the future.
This add-on simulates an influence mine. Although it sounds awkward it works!
The mine is actually a submarine inside VSF, in the size and shape of a EMC mine (German WWII mine). In order to work it must be loaded with the "mine.txt" script that comes in this package. The mine can be drifted or moored, surfaced or submerged. The tricky part is to adjust the correct depth with proper ballast. You may use the "Minefield" situation as a starting point. Once loaded with the script the mine stays in position and waits. Once a surface or sub contact enters in a range of 40 yards (measured from the center of the ship) the mine fires its own weapon which explodes immediately. The mine then breaks and explodes completing the effect. The blow is devastating and can lift a ship off the surface of the sea. The engagement range (sensitivity of mine) can be adjusted inside the script.txt. Just tweak the number that comes after "range"
